We will accept unopened compatible products for return up to 1 year after the date of purchase. For all returns back to SuppliesOutlet.com, please obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by contacting 1-877-822-8659 or CustomerService@SuppliesOutlet.com. Non-defective returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Please do not mark or write on the product itself or its packaging. Use a suitable shipping box and packaging material to protect the product packaging and its contents. If you send your RMA back to us via the US Postal Service, we recommend that you request a delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for lost shipments returned to us.

SuppliesOutlet.com offers a 1-Year Performance Warranty on all remanufactured and compatible products. If customers are unsatisfied with their purchase, they can return it for one of three options: a full refund (excluding shipping charges and a restocking fee), a replacement, or a credit. The warranty specifically covers manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase; after this period, products are no longer covered. For compatible items, SuppliesOutlet.com will replace defective products with equivalent non-defective ones within the warranty period. Additionally, any non-defective returns may incur a 10% restocking fee.
OEM products (such as HP, Canon, and Xerox- branded products) are warranted for the length of the OEM warranty. Please contact the manufacturer directly for all defective products. We do NOT accept any opened OEM product and they will be recycled upon receipt without a notification.
We will accept any unopened and resalable OEM ink & toner for a return within 30 days of original purchase. These products must be in their original and unopened packaging and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee plus your return shipping fees.
All damaged or incorrect items shipped as well as short shipments must be reported within 10 days of delivery for a credit or replacement consideration, and we will immediately replace them upon investigation. Please do NOT ship the damaged items back to us as we will need to file a damage claim with UPS who may need to inspect the package.
All original shipping charges paid by the customer are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error caused by SuppliesOutlet.com. For all non-defective returns, the customer is responsible to return them back to us at their own expense.
**SuppliesOutlet.com’s limitation of liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product. In no event shall we be responsible for incidental or consequential damages of any kind.
