The delivery was longer than I would have liked. Perhaps I'm just spoiled with the big A. But it came packaged well so there was no damage in shipping the product installed easily with no issues. Works just fine. I am quite pleased with the entire experience.

The product arrived on time and everything was in great shape. Added the cartridge to my printer and it works like new.

When first installed, the printer rejected the cartridges saying they were incompatible. Worse, the printer would not even try to use them. Customer service provided me with a way to ensure that they would be compatible -- cleaning contacts mostly. So the cartridges rate a ho-hum and Customer Service gets a gold star.

Great customer service. No fighting your way through recoded messages, you get to speak with a real person who is courteous and takes your order.

The toner cartridge works great, but what really impressed me was that before you fulfilled my order one of your staff members contacted me on the phone to be sure I had placed the order. I initially went with another company I had used in the past because I had neglected to update my ordering information. Unfortunately they sent the wrong toner although I had selected the correct one. After more than two weeks going back and forth, I cancelled that order and looked again in my records to see I had ordered from Supplies Outlet before. I did so again and they sent me the correct toner in a speedy fashion. I have now purged the other company from my records so I won't accidentally order from there again. I have been buying these replacement cartridges for a couple of years and I must say that I have never had a problem with them. The colors are crisp and clear. An awesome value compared to the cost of Samsung cartridges.

I've shopped around several times in the last several years, but Supplies Outlet has always had best price and availability of this model.

To me the biggest problem with having a laserjet for my home office is the exhorbitant cost of replacement toner cartridges, so I always order non-OEM cartridges. Unfortunately laserjet manufacturers have recently been using detectors to disable non-OEM's. Supplies Outlet provides cartridges at a reasonable price which produce fine print quality and are usable in my laserjet. I will stick with them.
