Great company to work with. Have been ordering for several years and never had any issues. Recently I changed printers and the cartridge I purchased did not perform well. I had a problem with a defective yellow toner cartridge I received. It had a black mark across the roller. Renz was quick to replace it. The second one also had a black streak across the roller. Katherine helped me the second time and is sending another replacement. They both were very gracious to me. Katherine is giving me a 15% discount on my next order to Supplies Outlet because of the inconvenience to me. I'm hoping the next one is a good one.
