I had a problem with a defective yellow toner cartridge I received. It had a black mark across the roller. Renz was quick to replace it. The second one also had a black streak across the roller. Katherine helped me the second time and is sending another replacement. They both were very gracious to me. Katherine is giving me a 15% discount on my next order to Supplies Outlet because of the inconvenience to me. I'm hoping the next one is a good one.
I purchased 2 of the TN660 replacement toners of which neither worked. I called support and was told I ordered the wrong toner even though that is exactly what the information book states and also the printer itself. I was told that toner would not work with my printer - but the website specifically stated it would. THEN I was told I could not return either cartridge because they had been opened. How do you see if they work if you don't open? Then- I would get a credit for 1 toner and I needed to pay the return shipping fee!!! This has been a 3 week on going battle and I have been told it was passed on to the warehouse, and I was assigned another customer service associate. We went another week exchanging emails. I have since received my refund in total- including shipping, so thank you for that Supplies Outlet LLC. It still was extremely frustrating, but at least you kept your word. I have been contacted to please change my original review- and I hace.
I have an ongoing discussion with Renz of your company. The TN450 does not fit my printer apparently. I ordered it thinking that it was a high capacity unit that would fit my printer, an older model Brother. In the same order I ordered a Cyan TN225. It was my mistake. However, my contention is that the mis-match of the machines should have raised a red flag and I should have been notified or at least questioned before being charged and shipped to. Thinking that the 450 was right I opened the package and tried to put the cartridge into the carrier. OOOps. It sounds, from Renz's communication, that I'm just our of luck...too bad mr. customer. Well, the too bad, is Supplies outlet. You are about to loose a long-time customer.

Disappointed with this toner. The letters on the left side of the page are not dark enough. They are light in color like when toner is running out and it’s time to replace. I bought toner from another company and see if that works.

Order More then one but one of them was bad didn’t work so I have to trashed that one it was brand new. Waste of money.
Not your fault but my last drum blew up on installation. Toner that was also new and full all over everything. I use my printer for work so I am temporarily out of a job.
