Compatible Brother LC203 (All Colors) Ink Cartridge - 550 Page Yield

I had a problem with a defective yellow toner cartridge I received. It had a black mark across the roller. Renz was quick to replace it. The second one also had a black streak across the roller. Katherine helped me the second time and is sending another replacement. They both were very gracious to me. Katherine is giving me a 15% discount on my next order to Supplies Outlet because of the inconvenience to me. I'm hoping the next one is a good one.

I purchased 2 of the TN660 replacement toners of which neither worked. I called support and was told I ordered the wrong toner even though that is exactly what the information book states and also the printer itself. I was told that toner would not work with my printer - but the website specifically stated it would. THEN I was told I could not return either cartridge because they had been opened. How do you see if they work if you don't open? Then- I would get a credit for 1 toner and I needed to pay the return shipping fee!!! This has been a 3 week on going battle and I have been told it was passed on to the warehouse, and I was assigned another customer service associate. We went another week exchanging emails. I have since received my refund in total- including shipping, so thank you for that Supplies Outlet LLC. It still was extremely frustrating, but at least you kept your word. I have been contacted to please change my original review- and I hace.

Order More then one but one of them was bad didn’t work so I have to trashed that one it was brand new. Waste of money.

Not your fault but my last drum blew up on installation. Toner that was also new and full all over everything. I use my printer for work so I am temporarily out of a job.

I ordered all colors. One was out of stock with no expected date to ship. One person called to tell me the situation. I asked them to substitute the XL filled unit for the standard as I needed all colors quickly. They didn't do that and didn't communicate back to me. I emailed customer service to ask when I would get my order and they replied quickly. My order was when shipped out in a day or two and was complete. It just took a month overall and needed me to prompt it along.

Good ink compatible with my printer

I have been buying printer parts and supplies from SUPPLIESOUTLET for a number of years. I consistently receive good quality parts at good prices, and their customer service is outstanding.

I'm somewhat disappointed. I printed invitations & envelopes, and was surprised that the ink wasn't as dark as I expected for a fresh cartridge.

Excellent product

Work perfectly in my printer that we use daily at high volume, so this saves our office lots of money! Have used supplies outlet for years and recommend anyone to try them.

I have relied on Supplies Outlet for my Toner and Drum needs for 10 years. While I don't use my printer as much as I once did, I will continue purchasing my printer supplies as long as I am able to function. As the old wives' tale suggests, "If it's not broke, don't fix it."

Recently a toner was delivered damaged and SO was able to replace it no questions asked. Renz Dionisio was very helpful and accommodating in this transaction.

Was ordered on 3/30/26, reached back out on 4/20/26 for a follow up as no communication was made about a delay in the order. Took two months to finally receive the order. Not going to lie, this makes me very hesitant to order through you guys again.

First cartridge I received had issues and barely printed, but I reached out to customer support and they replaced it really fast, free of charge. Only reason I took a star off was because of the hiccup. The working cartridge has been good so far. Some other 3rd party cartridges have not printed as dark as OEM. This one seems as good as OEM so far.

Delivery great -- actually they were out of the product but made effort to get it & forward it quickly. Previous purchases of this toner have lasted a long time, so I expect this one will, too.
