Did not work on HP color laser
I received a defective cartridge recently. The magenta cartridge leaves colored dots every couple of inches down the center of the page. Generally, cartridges are good quality at a good price, and customer service did a great job of replacing the cartridge when I reported it.
Haven't used this old printer in years, and ..was shocked at the prices, when I went shopping for new cartridges !! Was just going to ..'forget about-it' but discovered your web-site and was amazed at how much less expensive your cartridges are, compared to several of the Big-Box-Stores !! AND ...how quickly, the cartridges arrived at my door !! Thanks very much !!
Excellent.
Your ink was not compatible with my HP laser jet pro printer, you refused to deal with my calls and emails for a return label to return the item ,so I returned the item through usps and have called to find out where my refund credit is and no response. Will never order through your company again.
Fast shipping and turnaround which we love when it comes to our busy office.
When inserting the ink cartridge into the printer the ink were not full and the black ink showed up as expired. Do not recommend.
still not resolved
Too expensive and isn’t compatible with my printer
Hi Jessica, we're sorry to hear about your experience. Please contact our support team so we can assist you further and address any compatibility concerns.
I was shipped the wrong toner and complained to Mikky my rep who had me photograph the wrong toner and email it to her via my cell phone which she acknowledged by phone. Now I am awaiting shipment of the right toner cartridges.
Hi Guy, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by the mix-up. We're glad Mikky is assisting you in resolving this, and we appreciate your patience as we send the correct toner cartridges. Please feel free to reach out if you need further assistance.
Great service. They helped me find the right size.
Flawless and consistent!
This toner works just as well as HP branded toner at less than half the cost. A++++++
It looks like the right cartridge. Delivery was so long that I used an HP906XL that I got locally. Will not install the new one until the HP dies. Likely several weeks.
Excellent product and service! My toner arrived quickly and works like a charm. The pricing was fantastic, especially for the quality. I’m very pleased with my purchase and would definitely order again!
I haven't used it yet. You met you know how well it works.H
Wrong item sent to me
1. You provide a product that I need. 2. I purchase said product.
3. You deliver product. 4. I use product. That's called business, thanks for doing what you set out to do.

Toner works very well.
Supplies Outlet always delivers on time. The toner cartridges perform fine in my HP Color LaserJet Pro 4201 dw
I placed my initial order and was disappointed that the order did not come quickly enough as promised. Not sure what the delay was. I found that I ordered one product incorrectly and called customer service explaining my situation. I decided to place the correct replacement order and was amazed to see it was delivered in 2 days! I was not expecting this as we did not discuss this. The representative obviously was thoughtful and rushed the order in a timely manner out of the generosity and integrity of his heart and that of the supplies outlet.com. For that I am giving this suppliesoutlet.com a five-star review even though things were a little slow to start with, after explaining my situation the representative made sure my next order was delivered in a timely manner.
Works perfect for my work printer! I have had no issues. It was easy to install and the price was inexpensive. Satisfied.
